All the watches are inspected (functionality and accuracy) before shipping. If the item you received is damaged or different from the receipt, please contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours.
Refund can be requested within 2 days after the item is received. A 10% administrative fee of the original price of the watch will be charged for each returned watch. The refund will be proceeded once the watch is received.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- For the free shipping item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Returned watch(es) must not have been worn, altered or strapped on in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Straps/bracelets must be in perfect condition and must not be marked or modified. Otherwise, we cannot refund as the watch(es) are considered as used.
- The appearance and specification are subject to production of the pre-order items, return or refund is not applicable unless the items cannot produce or deliver due to the events of force majeure.
- Do not remove any plastic covering/protectors from the watch, bracelet, buckle, hang tags, security tags or other items until you decide to keep the watch.
- All the returned watch(es) must be with original tags, packing, and other accessories. Otherwise, we cannot refund as the watch(es) are considered as used.
- If the watch(es) are damaged or missing, an official document describing the case from the corresponding courier will be needed, and contact our customer service immediately. HOUSON Watch Company reserves the rights to request the supporting documents from the customer before return or refund.
- HOUSON Watch Company reserves the right to reject the return or refund if the request is not yet confirmed. We reserves the rights to charge 50% of the original price as handling fee.
- HOUSON Watch Company will not accept return or refund that the watch(es) do not meet the above terms and conditions.
- HOUSON Watch Company reserves the rights of final interpretation for the return policy.
